Eligibility

The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over and resident in an European country. Entrants from Russia, Belarus and Turkey are excluded.  

Employees of the Promoter and their relatives are not eligible to enter.

Entry into the competition

Entry into the prize draw is made by finding all the hidden Easter eggs on the website eddie-printer.eu. The number of eggs found is automatically tracked by an Easter egg counter. 

Once all Easter eggs have been found, a contact form will be activated. Participants can enter the prize draw by submitting their contact details (name, postal address, and email address) via this form. 

Participants who also discover the golden egg will qualify for the draw of the main prize.

The dedicated landing page for the “Eddie Easter Egg Hunt” can be accessed via links provided in the corresponding Instagram and Facebook posts, as well as on YouTube. 

Each participant can only enter once.

All information must be truthful and complete. Incorrect information may result in disqualification from the prize draw.

Prizes

DTM Print will provide the following prizes:

• Main prize: 1 vouchers (for the purchase of an Eddie Edible Ink Printer or Eddie accessories) worth EUR 500, which will be sent by mail 
• 2 vouchers (for the purchase of an Eddie Edible Ink Printer or Eddie accessories) worth EUR 250 each, which will be sent by mail 
• Vouchers (for the purchase of an Eddie Edible Ink Printer or Eddie accessories) worth EUR 5 for every participant, which will be delivered electronically 

The prize is non-transferable, non-payable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of value. 

Period of participation

The prize draw starts on 11. April 2025 at 12:00 noon and ends on 21. April 2025 at 12:00 noon (CET).

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

Winner determination

The winner of the main prize will be determined within 3 days of the closing date by a random draw from all participants that found the golden egg. 

The winners of the second prize will be determined within 3 days of the closing date by a random draw from all participants. 

All winners will be notified at the e-mail address provided in the entry form.   

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification being sent, their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. 

Privacy policy

The personal data collected as part of the prize draw will only be used for the purposes of the prize draw and will not be passed on to third parties.   

At the end of the prize draw, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Exclusion from the contest

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or attempts to rig the prize draw in any way.   

The organiser reserves the right to terminate the prize draw prematurely for good cause or to amend the terms and conditions. 

Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical problems that may affect participation in the prize draw. 

The organiser is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. 

Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.   

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.   

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
